Sweetener obtained from organic barley. Its uniqueness comes from the organic nature of the raw materials combined with a production process that aims to preserve a maximum of the nutrients found in the cereal.

This flavourful syrup is made by a traditional malting of cereal grains. Traditional malting produces a rich and delicious and complex sugars. Enjoy as a sweetener in hot driniks and as a topping or spread. Also excellent in cooking and baking.
